Inspiring the Next Generation of Healthcare Heroes

At Kris Cares Foundation, we believe in empowering the future of healthcare by providing young minds with early exposure to the medical field. Our Medical One Youth Camps are designed to ignite a passion for healthcare in students from as early as grade 1, offering them unique opportunities to immerse themselves in medical settings and explore the many pathways into a career in healthcare.

Medical One Youth Camps provide hands-on, immersive experiences that help children and young adults understand the world of healthcare. These camps are more than just a day away from school; they are opportunities for students to step into the shoes of healthcare professionals, witness real-life medical scenarios, and gain insights into the diverse career options available in the medical field.

How Schools Can Coordinate Immersion Experiences

Step 1: Reach Out

Contact Us: Schools interested in coordinating a Medical One Youth Camp can reach out to Kris Cares Foundation via email at info@kriscares.org or call us at 602-507-6530.
Initial Consultation: Our team will schedule a consultation to discuss your school's specific needs, the age group of the students, and the desired outcomes of the camp.

Step 2: Plan the Camp

Customized Program Design: Based on the consultation, we will design a camp program that aligns with your school's curriculum and the students' interests. Whether the camp takes place on school grounds or at an offsite facility, we ensure the program is engaging, educational, and memorable.

Step 3: Execute and Reflect

Camp Day: On the day of the camp, our team of healthcare professionals and educators will lead the program, guiding students through each activity and ensuring a safe and enriching experience.

Post-Camp Evaluation: After the camp, we provide a summary report and feedback session to discuss the outcomes and gather insights for future programs.

Step 4: Ongoing Collaboration

Continued Engagement: We encourage schools to establish ongoing relationships with Kris Cares Foundation to offer Medical One Youth Camps annually or as part of their regular curriculum. We also offer follow-up resources and activities to keep students engaged in their journey toward a healthcare career.
